Job Description

Protouch Staffing is seeking an Applications Analyst to design, deliver, and support end-user training across ERP applications. This training-focused role develops instructor-led and virtual sessions, creates and maintains training materials, and ensures users understand system functionality, workflows, and best practices. The analyst will partner with business stakeholders, IT teams, and operational leaders to assess training needs, provide ongoing support, and enable efficient and accurate system use.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, deliver, and maintain training materials and learning plans for diverse user groups.
• Support end-users with application functionality, workflows, and best practices.
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to assess training and access needs.
• Maintain detailed technical knowledge of assigned applications.
• Translate user requests into software/application solution specifications.
• Develop simple applications, queries, and reports as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service and support, including participation in rotating after-hours support.
• Identify issues, propose solutions, and escalate as appropriate.
  
  

Experience / Knowledge / Skills

• 2 years of experience in corporate systems development, implementation, or healthcare MIS.
• Knowledge of application support, development tools, and methodologies.
• Strong instructional design, training delivery, and communication skills.
• Experience with system analysis, design, testing, and implementation preferred.
  
  

Technical Skills

Must Have:

• Ability to analyze, interpret, and translate technical/business requirements into training curriculum, workflows, and test scripts.
• Ability to create, maintain, and version-control training documentation (manuals, guides, job aids, videos, presentations).
• Skilled in designing and delivering virtual and instructor-led system training (ILTs, labs, demos, walk-throughs, sandbox execution).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  
  

Nice To Have

• Basic project management experience (schedule planning, milestone tracking, task coordination).
• Experience with LMS systems, eLearning development tools, or authoring software (Articulate, Captivate, Camtasia, etc.).
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in end-user training, system support, and documentation.
• Seasonal Flu Vaccine
• Current or willing to get TB Skin Test.
  
  

Contract Details

• Duration: 17 months (with possibility of extension)
• Pay: $2,800/wk
