Associate Attorney - Trusts, Estates & Elder Law

Location: Western North Carolina (On-site)

A growing law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its Trusts, Estates, and Elder Law practice group. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with individuals and families on estate planning, estate administration, fiduciary matters, and elder law issues. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of relevant experience; however, candidates with a strong interest in these practice areas are also encouraged to apply.

• Advise clients on estate planning strategies and related legal matters.

• Assist with estate and trust administration.

• Handle fiduciary administration matters.

• Support clients with elder law and benefits planning needs.

• Draft legal documents and correspondence.

• Conduct legal research and analysis.

• Maintain strong client relationships through responsive and effective communication.

• Participate in community and professional engagement activities.

• Licensed to practice law in North Carolina or eligible for admission through reciprocity/waiver.

• Experience or demonstrated interest in estate planning, estate administration, fiduciary administration, and elder law.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
