- Support planning and development of electrical system improvements.
- Utilize engineering software and computer applications to perform analysis and planning functions.

- Communicate technical information clearly with internal and external stakeholders.
- Apply engineering knowledge to identify and resolve system-related issues.
- Maintain a high degree of accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality in engineering work.
- Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 5 years of electric utility or related engineering experience.
- Experience with electric utility engineering, system planning, or related functions.
- Knowledge of transmission and distribution system operations.
- Ability to perform complex engineering analysis and system planning.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
- Experience using computer applications for engineering functions.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Working knowledge of Milsoft WindMil and LightTable is required/preferred based on the role's expectations.
- Ability to learn and utilize other engineering software applications.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
- Valid driver's license required.
