Work Environment
- Primarily office-based with occasional travel to patient homes.
- Clinical and administrative responsibilities.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform clinical duties when required.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Active Illinois RN license in good standing.
- Current CPR certification.
- Minimum 2 years of skilled home health nursing experience required.
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of home health regulations, OASIS, state/federal guidelines, and accreditation standards.
- Experience with EMR systems (Axxess preferred).
- Ability to provide sound clinical judgment and foster a collaborative team environment.
