Corporate & Transactional Attorney

Summary

Our client, a prominent AM Law 200 law firm with multiple regional offices is seeking a skilled Corporate & Transactional Attorney to join their team in Miami, FL. This role offers the opportunity to work on a broad range of corporate transactions, providing strategic counsel to clients across various industries.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of corporate agreements and commercial contracts.
• Advise clients on corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and other complex transactional matters.
• Provide strategic legal guidance to businesses on regulatory compliance, corporate structure, and risk management.
• Collaborate with colleagues across offices to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.
• Participate in client meetings, negotiations, and closing transactions.
  
  

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Florida Bar is required.
• 6 years of experience in corporate and transactional law.
• Strong academic credentials and proven track record of professional excellence.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
