About the Opportunity:
Our client, a respected mid-size law firm with a strong corporate and real-estate practice, is seeking an experienced Transactional Attorney to join their growing team. This is a strategic role for a business-minded attorney who thrives on structuring deals, negotiating complex agreements, and advising clients through all stages of commercial transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements, including purchase and sale, service, joint venture, and licensing contracts.
- Advise clients on M&A transactions, financing, and corporate governance matters.
- Conduct due diligence and coordinate with opposing counsel, investors, and internal stakeholders to ensure deal execution.
- Support real-estate or corporate transactions (depending on background), including entity formation, closings, and documentation.
- Collaborate with partners to identify opportunities for business growth and provide practical, solutions-oriented legal advice.
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school; member in good standing with the Florida Bar (or eligible for reciprocity).
- 2β10 years of experience in transactional law (corporate, M&A, real estate, or general commercial).
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills, with attention to detail and commercial awareness.
- Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and client-management skills.
