Responsibilities
- Draft pleadings, motions, and legal documents
- Take and defend depositions
- Handle court appearances and litigation matters
- Assist with trial preparation
- Manage client communications and case strategy
- Work closely with attorneys and clients on a variety of legal matters
- Active admission to the California State Bar
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned matters
