CMA - Clinic - Perm

We are currently hiring a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) for a full-time, permanent clinic role in Minnetonka, MN. The ideal candidate will assist providers with patient care, manage clinic flow, and support daily clinical and administrative operations.

Schedule

• Full-time, permanent position
• Day shifts
• 5x8 schedule (clinic hours may vary)
  
  

Pay Range

• $22.23 - $27.37 per hour (based on experience)
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Room patients and manage patient flow
• Take and record vital signs accurately
• Assist providers during exams and procedures
• Administer injections and immunizations as directed
• Perform phlebotomy and collect lab specimens
• Support lab testing and clinical procedures
• Assist with patient communication and scheduling
• Handle front desk and administrative support as needed
• Maintain clean and well-stocked exam rooms
  
  

Qualifications

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) required
• Previous clinic or outpatient experience preferred
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Patient-focused and team-oriented attitude
