Clinical Supervisor

(LCSW, LPC, LMFT)- Roanoke, VA

Schedule: M-F

Pay: $52,000 - $85,000 per year (based on experience, licensure & education)

About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Supervisor to join our behavioral health team. This role provides leadership, clinical oversight, documentation review, and support within our adult Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) programs. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, clinical knowledge, and the ability to guide staff while supporting client needs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate referrals, admissions, assessments, and client intakes.
• Review, approve, and monitor clinical documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Provide supervision to counselors, case managers, and peer support staff.
• Participate in a monthly on-call rotation.
• Assist in treatment planning, crisis management, and behavioral intervention strategies.
• Ensure compliance with Medicaid, DBHDS, and agency standards.
• Support program operations, audit preparation, staff training, and team meetings.
  
  

Qualifications

Required:

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of behavioral health or substance use disorder treatment experience.
• Valid Virginia driver's license.
  
  

Preferred

• Licensed or license-eligible (LCSW, LPC, LMFT).
• Supervisory or team leadership experience.
• CPR/First Aid & Behavior Modification certification (or willingness to obtain).
