Responsibilities
- Coordinate referrals, admissions, assessments, and client intakes.
- Review, approve, and monitor clinical documentation for accuracy and compliance.
- Provide supervision to counselors, case managers, and peer support staff.
- Participate in a monthly on-call rotation.
- Assist in treatment planning, crisis management, and behavioral intervention strategies.
- Ensure compliance with Medicaid, DBHDS, and agency standards.
- Support program operations, audit preparation, staff training, and team meetings.
Required:
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of behavioral health or substance use disorder treatment experience.
- Valid Virginia driver's license.
- Licensed or license-eligible (LCSW, LPC, LMFT).
- Supervisory or team leadership experience.
- CPR/First Aid & Behavior Modification certification (or willingness to obtain).
