This role involves conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, supervising clinical staff, and collaborating with families and interdisciplinary teams to support optimal client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focusing on:
- Communication
- Feeding
- Behavior reduction
- Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
- Social skills
- Design and maintain data collection systems to track client progress
- Supervise and mentor ABA Technicians in implementing treatment plans
- Review and update treatment plans based on clinical data and progress
- Provide training and guidance to family members and caregivers
- Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings
- Coordinate schedules between staff and client families
- Ensure a safe, supportive, and positive environment for clients
- Maintain compliance with all organizational policies and procedures
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Completion of the 8-hour BACB Supervision Course
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience working with children with developmental disabilities (new graduates may be considered)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to pass a Level 2 Background Check

Salary : $70,000 - $85,000
