Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Job Location: Oak Harbor, WA

Job Type: Full time (8:00 am to 4:30pm)

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality therapeutic services using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). This role involves conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, supervising clinical staff, and collaborating with families and interdisciplinary teams to support optimal client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focusing on:
• Communication
• Feeding
• Behavior reduction
• Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
• Social skills
• Design and maintain data collection systems to track client progress
• Supervise and mentor ABA Technicians in implementing treatment plans
• Review and update treatment plans based on clinical data and progress
• Provide training and guidance to family members and caregivers
• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings
• Coordinate schedules between staff and client families
• Ensure a safe, supportive, and positive environment for clients
• Maintain compliance with all organizational policies and procedures
  

Qualifications

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Completion of the 8-hour BACB Supervision Course
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience working with children with developmental disabilities (new graduates may be considered)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to pass a Level 2 Background Check
