Key Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Design, implement, and monitor Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs
- Analyze client data and adjust treatment strategies to maximize progress
- Provide clinical supervision and guidance to behavior technicians and support staff
- Conduct parent and caregiver training to promote skill generalization
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Ensure compliance with ethical standards, payer requirements, and regulatory guidelines
- Participate in team meetings, clinical reviews, and professional development activities
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder preferred
- Clinic-based ABA experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles, behavior assessment, and treatment planning
- Experience supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) preferred
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary environment
