- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill assessments
- Develop, implement, and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Analyze clinical data to guide treatment decisions and monitor client progress
- Supervise, mentor, and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians
- Provide caregiver education and consultation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care
- Maintain high clinical and ethical standards in accordance with BACB guidelines
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
- Current BCBA certification (or ability to obtain certification promptly)
- Active Iowa Behavior Analyst license, or eligibility to obtain licensure
- At least one year of experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
- Previous experience supervising RBTs or Behavior Technicians is preferred
- BACB supervision certification is a plus
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Passion for delivering exceptional client care and supporting team development
