Key Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide and oversee ABA therapy services across diverse age groups
- Supervise and support Behavior Technicians and RBTs
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance
- Participate in research initiatives and contribute to clinical advancements
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
- BCBA certification required (or eligibility)
- Eligible for Iowa state licensure
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred
- Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- Strong communication, collaboration, and clinical skills
