- Monday to Friday (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM)
- No evenings
- No weekends
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Apply ABA principles to address language, social, and behavioral challenges
- Implement evidence-based interventions grounded in current research
- Provide supervision and training to behavior technicians using Behavior Skills Training (BST)
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and caregivers
- Foster a culture of feedback, mentorship, and continuous clinical improvement
- Active BCBA certification required
- Active state licensure (LBA) preferred/required as applicable
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
- Strong knowledge of Verbal Behavior and ABA principles
- Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder
- Ability to supervise, mentor, and develop clinical staff
