Firm is seeking to add an associate attorney with 5-10 years of workers' compensation experience to handle all aspects of applicant workers' compensation cases. The ideal candidate must be in good standing with the CA Bar and will have excellent written and oral communication skills, will be a team player, and will be capable of managing a full caseload of workers' compensation cases from start to finish. We provide a friendly, collaborative work environment while providing the highest standard of representation for our clients.
Duties include handling all aspects of an applicant's case from inception through resolution/trial. The qualified candidate must be highly organized, possess attention to detail, and be an advocate for our clients with a sincere interest in helping injured clients. Our firm prioritizes work-life balance and offers a flexible hybrid remote schedule. We look to hire attorneys to stay with our firm long-term and recognize the importance of our employees' interests and responsibilities outside of work.
