Responsibilties
- Represent clients in labor and employment disputes, including litigation, arbitration, and administrative proceedings
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Advise clients on employment-related matters, including workplace policies and compliance
- Support collective bargaining, grievance handling, and dispute resolution processes
- Manage cases from inception through resolution
- Collaborate with internal teams and contribute to overall case strategy
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active and in good standing with the California Bar
- 2-10 years of experience in labor & employment or related practice areas
- Exposure to labor law, employment litigation, or public interest work preferred
- Relevant coursework in labor and employment law required
- Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills
- Effective oral advocacy and communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong judgment and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Demonstrated interest in employee advocacy or workers' rights is a plus

Salary : $105,000 - $160,000
