Responsibilities
- Manage a high-volume litigation caseload from inception through resolution
- Handle limited court appearances as required
- Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, affidavits, and other legal documents
- Conduct all aspects of civil litigation
- Manage post-judgment enforcement matters
- Negotiate and resolve a high volume of settlements
- Collaborate with support staff to improve efficiency and streamline workflows
- Utilize legal technology and case management tools effectively
- Licensed attorney with at least 3 years of litigation experience
- Ability to independently manage cases from filing through judgment
- Strong motion practice and legal writing skills
- Excellent organizational and case management abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable leveraging technology and automation tools in legal practice
