Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and physical examinations.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Educate patients and families on pain management and treatment options.
- Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Prescribe medications within your scope of practice and state regulations.
Required
- Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license
- Active DEA
- Active NPI
- Ready to begin credentialing
- Adults (18 years)
- Approximately 35 patients per day
Salary : $165,000 - $186,000
