Job Title: Shipping & Production Associate

Reports To Head of Shipping & Distribution Department Shipping / Production

Summary Statement

The Shipping & Production Associate prepares, quality checks, and safely packs any and all products needed. This individual must also make certain that shipping schedules are met with attention to detail to ensure timely delivery and loss prevention. Works with and provides timely updates to the head of shipping & distribution. Strong teamwork skills, work ethic, organization.

Essential Duties & Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Responsibilities Pull orders that have been delegated out by your superior(s).

• Assemble boxes, prepare materials and hardware. Assemble raw products to be safely packed and shipped out.
• Quality check all products. Ensure that company standards have been met.

for each piece of merchandise. Ensure that your area and the warehouse is organized, clean, and a safe environment to work in.

• Safely transport goods to and from required locations.
• Ability to be flexible with daily tasks in order to assist colleagues in different departments when necessary.
• Process, store, and keep track of inventory in order to prevent shipping delays.

Measures of Success: Learn full knowledge of ProtoTITAN and its companies’ products, outside vendor products and packing / handling procedures.

Proficiency in time management and multitasking.Assisting the team in hitting their quota goals via product preparation is a key measure of success.

Cross-Training for other departments (Shipping, Production, Event Support, Etc.,)

Impact on Organization: Excellent attention to detail and product knowledge will assist the company image and level of productivity. Making sure products are going out the door, on schedule, is detrimental to company cash flow.

Critical Work Relationships: The most critical relationships will be with the head of shipping and distribution as well as all superiors and colleagues of ProtoTITAN brands.

Interdependencies: Constant communication with Management teams on procedures, customer requests and or issues are vital.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Inbound and outbound inventory management

• Exceptional organization and time regulation skills
• Work well independently as well as part of a team
• Highly motivated, self-managed, creative thinking and organized

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS: Experience with shipping and receiving

• Experience using tools and light machinery

COMPLEXITIES/ CRITICAL Motivation and willingness to learn product knowledge to properly handle

SUCCESS FACTORS: merchandise, clear communication with excellent team work skills as well as eagerness to learn new skills and take on new responsibilities will be key to success.
