Carolina Printing Signs & Lighting is looking for a dependable, motivated Production Associate to join our growing team!
Position Responsibilities:
- Heat pressing DTF transfers onto garments
- Operating commercial embroidery machines
- Folding, packaging, and preparing completed orders
- Assisting with general production and shop tasks
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
Schedule:
- Monday – Friday
- Flexible hours, typically 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- We're willing to adjust the schedule for the right candidate.
Pay:
- Competitive pay based on experience
We're Looking For Someone Who:
- Is dependable and shows up ready to work
- Has a strong attention to detail
- Learns quickly and follows instructions
- Can work independently as well as with a team
- Embroidery or apparel production experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person
- Takes pride in producing high-quality work
