POSITION SUMMARY
The Senior Financial Analyst assists in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, short-term and long-term financial plans, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information for financial analysis. This position will also assist in the preparation of weekly and monthly reporting as well as gathering information for KPI reporting.
The role will work directly for the Director of FP&A, and closely with individual sites, third-party consultants, and the executive team. This position requires a confident, professional communicator with strong organizational skills.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Financial Analysis
- Develop and maintain financial and operational metrics for real-time performance insights.
- Analyze monthly financial results and use trends to help forecast full-year performance.
- Support annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and long-range planning.
- Work with department and site leaders to gather data and produce accurate forecasts.
- Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly financial reporting.
- Build ad-hoc reports and financial models to support business needs and leadership decisions.
- Partner with Accounting, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and site teams to understand performance drivers.
- Act as a trusted business advisor, building strong relationships across the company.
- Identify opportunities to improve FP&A processes, tools, and data accuracy.
- Recommend and implement efficiencies, automation, and best practices.

WHAT YOU BRING
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required.
- 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, financial reporting, accounting, budgeting, or forecasting.
- Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals and financial statements.
- Advanced Excel skills; ability to work across multiple data sources
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain financial insights to non-finance partners.
- High attention to detail, strong organization, and the ability to meet recurring deadlines.
- A proactive, curious mindset — someone who notices issues and brings forward possible solutions.

- Full-time, Monday–Friday
