Billing QA Analyst

KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting has partnered with a well-established organization in Concord, NH, searching for a Quality Assurance Billing Specialist to join their team. This is a temporary, hybrid-eligible role offering exposure to billing analysis, quality assurance auditing, customer account research, and operational process improvement within a fast-paced customer operations environment.

Responsibilities Will Include, But Are Not Limited To

• Reviewing and analyzing daily billing and quality assurance reports
• Researching customer billing discrepancies and performing corrective actions within internal systems
• Entering and tracking work orders related to customer account issues
• Preparing tracking reports and operational metrics for management
• Performing targeted customer outreach to resolve account discrepancies
  
  

Requirements

• Intermediate Excel skills (filtering, sorting, formulas, basic lookups)
• Strong analytical, auditing, and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage high-volume data entry
• Comfortable communicating with customers regarding billing and account issues
  
  

After training, this position offers a hybrid flexible schedule, with three days working from home. Compensation pays up to $20 hourly.
