KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead ERP migration, integration, and optimization initiatives
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
- Build reporting, dashboards, and data-driven solutions
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and drive projects forward
- Support system integrations, testing, and implementation efforts
- Help standardize processes across multiple locations
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, Finance, Operations, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 5 years of Business Systems, ERP, or Business Analysis experience
- Strong understanding of business processes and system workflows
- Experience with ERP, CRM, MES, Accounting, or Reporting platforms
- Advanced Excel, Power BI, SQL, or data analysis experience preferred
- Ability to bridge the gap between business users and technical teams
