Must meet ITAR U.S. Person requirements – Prototek maintains International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) compliant operations in United States based facilities. This position is subject to ITAR which requires U.S. Person status. ITAR defines U.S. Person as U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, or foreign nationals granted refugee or asylee status.

- Degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field required
- 15 years of manufacturing leadership experience
- Proven success leading operations and driving profitability

- Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement expertise
- A leader who can inspire people while holding teams accountable
- Ability to lift up to 10-20 lbs occasionally throughout work week
