PAY RANGE: $30 - $40 | SHIFT: 1st (7:30 am - 4:00 pm)

QUICK SUMMARY:

The Quality Inspector Level II supports high-mix, precision manufacturing by leading advanced inspection activities and ensuring products meet strict customer and regulatory requirements. This role combines hands-on inspection, CMM programming, and team mentorship to maintain exceptional quality standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Program and operate CMM equipment for complex part inspections
• Inspect parts to prints and CAD models using advanced measurement tools
• Monitor production quality through audits and corrective actions
• Support ISO9001 and AS9100 compliance across production teams
• Communicate quality issues internally and with customers as needed
  
  

REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 5 years quality inspection experience in machining or metal fabrication preferred
• Proficiency in CMM programming and surface plate inspection techniques
• Strong CMM, GD&T, and inspection tooling experience
