About the Role
The Manufacturing Engineer will play a key role in supporting daily operations, engineering development, and customer‑facing project management. This position is ideal for someone who is energetic, solutions‑oriented, and excited to help shape the future of a growing composites company.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Operations Manager with day‑to‑day manufacturing and production activities
- Design fixtures, tooling platforms, mold frames, and composite assemblies
- Develop and improve manufacturing processes for composite tooling and part production
- Manage engineering projects from concept through completion
- Communicate directly with customers to provide schedules, technical updates, and weekly progress reports
- Assist with all other engineering functions across the facility as needed
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in efficiency, quality, and workflow

- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes (composites experience is a major plus)
- Proficiency in CAD design (Rhino)
