Position Summary
The Time Entry Team Member is responsible for entering invoices and timesheets submitted by third party vendors, police departments, and other law enforcement agencies for security assignments. This role ensures all hours worked by off duty officers are accurately entered into company systems in a timely manner. The position requires exceptional attention to detail, confidentiality, and strong communication skills to coordinate with field partners and internal accounting teams.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Receive, review, and accurately enter invoices and timesheets into company systems.
- Communicate promptly with field operations, coordinators, and agency contacts to resolve missing time.
- Flag and escalate discrepancies (e.g., rate issues, missing time, double entries, or site mismatches) to the appropriate service agent.
- Support weekly billing and payment cycles by meeting established cut-off dates and accuracy standards.
- Maintain organized electronic records of received invoices, timesheets, and correspondence for audit trail purposes.
- Contribute to continuous process improvements that increase timeliness, quality, and consistency of time entry operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting, payroll, data entry, or law enforcement scheduling preferred.
- Experience working with timesheets from police departments, agencies, or vendor-managed services a plus.
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/timekeeping systems
- Excellent accuracy, time management, and organization under strict weekly deadlines.
- Professional communication skills when interacting with officers, agencies, and internal teams.
