Key Responsibilities
- Monitor live streaming of surveillance cameras for suspicious activity
- Identify patterns and abnormalities
- Respond to camera alerts using established protocols
- Alert local authorities and/or organizations of critical incidents
- Review archived camera footage
- Provide excellent customer service
- Other duties as assigned
Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new software
- Positive, professional demeanor
- Must be detail-oriented, focused, and reliable
- Ability to multi-task while still meeting service expectations
- Previous experience in security or remote monitoring is a plus
