Your Role
Reporting to the Accounting Supervisor, the Accounts Payable Coordinator is responsible for the weekly processing of electronic vendor invoices and resolution of any related discrepancies. You’ll work cross-functionally to ensure invoices are processed accurately and in a timely manner, while maintaining strong communication with vendors and internal teams.
You will be part of a professional and supportive team, dedicated to operational excellence, where every detail matters.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week (in-office)

Your Role
Reporting to the Accounting Supervisor, the Accounts Payable Coordinator is responsible for the weekly processing of electronic vendor invoices and resolution of any related discrepancies. You’ll work cross-functionally to ensure invoices are processed accurately and in a timely manner, while maintaining strong communication with vendors and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Review, validate, and process high volumes of vendor invoices with accuracy.
- Communicate professionally and clearly with vendors regarding payment status, discrepancies, or questions.
- Monitor and respond to incoming AP-related emails.
- Investigate and resolve invoicing issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure invoices are aligned with company policies and accounting procedures.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure appropriate approvals and documentation are in place.
- Support monthly close activities and reporting as needed.
- Maintain organized records of all transactions and documentation.
- Additional tasks and special projects as assigned by management.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 2–3 years of experience in an office or administrative environment.
- Experience in accounts payable or data entry strongly preferred.
- Strong communication skills — both written and verbal.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Strong time management and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and support team success.
- High ethical and professional standards.
