This is what you’ll do:
- Prospect and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other lead-generation methods.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Present our product/service in a compelling and professional way.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients and potential customers.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets (and get rewarded for it!).
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in our CRM system.
- Be part of a positive, energetic, and supportive team.
What we’re looking for:
- A go-getter with a positive attitude.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Comfortable working outdoors (in all conditions) and on the move.
- Willingness to travel within the designated territory.
- Previous sales experience a plus, but not required.
- Reliable transportation and a smartphone.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other communication tools.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be able to pass drug testing and criminal background check.
