Job Title: Structural Analysis Engineer III (Clearance Required)

Position Description: Protingent Staffing has an exciting direct hire Structural Analysis Engineer III (Clearance Required) with our client located in Louisville, CO.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform and contribute to the design and analysis of structural systems
• Apply structural analysis techniques including hand calculations and Finite Element Analysis (FEA)
• Fully understand and apply technical principles, standards, theories, and concepts
• Utilize general knowledge of related disciplines to enhance project outcomes
• Develop and provide innovative solutions to wide-ranging technical problems related to structural integrity
• Work under general direction, independently determining and developing approaches to solutions
• Ensure technical excellence across all assigned work
• Collaborate effectively across all technical disciplines to ensure project integration and coherence
• Provide guidance and mentorship to less experienced engineers to foster their development
• Frequently communicate with external and internal parties regarding routine business and technical matters
• Ensure alignment and successful project execution across all stakeholders
  
  
  

Job Qualifications:

• Requires Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree or Masters 3 yrs experience).
• Typically 5 years of related experience.
• Expertise in structural analysis and general knowledge of related disciplines.
• Complete understanding and application of technical principles, standards, theories, and concepts.
• Ability to provide solutions to wide-ranging technical problems that are imaginative, thorough, practical, and consistent with organizational objectives.
• Experience managing discrete technical packages as a Responsible Engineer (RE).
• Capability to work under general direction to independently determine and develop approaches to solutions.
• Ability to work across all technical disciplines.
• TS/SCI Clearance required
  
  
  

Nice To Haves:

• Advanced proficiency with structural analysis and design software (e.g., Nastran, Femap, Ansys).
• Strong familiarity with industry standards and best practices (e.g., ASME, ASTM, AISC).
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, MATLAB, C ) for custom analysis methods.
• Knowledge of material properties and behavior in aerospace applications, including metallics, composites, and bonded joints.
• Experience with standard fatigue and fracture analysis methods and software (e.g., NASGRO, AFGROW).
  
  
  

Job Details:

• Job Type: Direct Hire.
• Pay Range: $110,664- $152,184.
• Location: Louisville, CO (Onsite).
