The Guest Relations Coordinator plays a pivotal role in creating a welcoming environment for guests, managing phone communications, and providing essential administrative support for various departments on campus. Hours of operations Monday – Friday (when the Seminary is open) 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Provide administrative support to various departments on campus.
- Provide welcoming hospitality & coverage for the welcome desk in the welcome center.
- Answer the VTS switchboard phone and route calls to the correct person or department.
- Provide campus information to guests.
- Manage inventory and square payments for VTS shop items.
- Manage inventory for coffee supplies.
- Provide information to guests on the lower-level exhibits – St. Nicholas & creches.
Skills:
- Good grasp of the English language.
- Good grasp of working with the Office 365 suite.
- 2 years working in an administrative environment.
- Welcoming presence.
- Punctual & responsible.
- High School diploma and/or Associate degree
