Role Overview

As a Talent Acquisition Intern , you will support the recruiting team in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for a variety of roles. You will also assist with internship program activities, career fair logistics, and administrative tasks that keep our talent acquisition function running smoothly.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Assist with full-cycle recruiting support, including posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
• Help maintain applicant tracking system data and ensure accuracy.
• Support career fair planning and coordination, including travel logistics and materials preparation.
• Contribute to internship program activities, such as onboarding and engagement events.
• Research and identify potential sourcing channels for talent pipelines.
• Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team.

What You’ll Bring:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Interest in recruiting and talent management.
