Role Overview
As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will support the recruiting team in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for a variety of roles. You will also assist with internship program activities, career fair logistics, and administrative tasks that keep our talent acquisition function running smoothly.
How You'll Make an Impact:
- Assist with full-cycle recruiting support, including posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
- Help maintain applicant tracking system data and ensure accuracy.
- Support career fair planning and coordination, including travel logistics and materials preparation.
- Contribute to internship program activities, such as onboarding and engagement events.
- Research and identify potential sourcing channels for talent pipelines.
- Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team.

What You'll Bring:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
