Evening & Weekend Barista / Team Member - Average $24/Hour with Tips
ProteinHouse Hudson is hiring dependable baristas and team members for evening and weekend shifts. Full-time hours are available for the right candidate.
This is not a traditional barista position. Our baristas prepare protein shakes, juices, acai bowls and other made-to-order menu items while providing fast, friendly service in a busy restaurant environment.
Compensation
- Typical combined earnings are approximately $24.00 per hour, although tips vary and are not guaranteed.
Responsibilities
- Greet every guest promptly and provide friendly, attentive service
- Prepare shakes, juices, acai bowls and other menu items accurately and efficiently
- Take orders and process payments using the Toast point-of-sale system
- Maintain clean, organized and fully stocked workstations
- Follow food-safety, sanitation and recipe standards
- Complete evening cleaning and closing responsibilities
- Work cooperatively with the kitchen and front-of-house team during busy periods
What We Are Looking For
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Positive attitude and strong customer-service skills
- Ability to work quickly and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
- Restaurant, barista or customer-service experience is helpful, but we will train the right person
Schedule
We are particularly seeking applicants who can work evening closing shifts and weekends. Both part-time and full-time schedules are available, with 20–40 hours per week available for a reliable candidate with strong availability.
