Job Title: NA Staff Accountant

Location: San Luis Potosí / Hybrid
Reports to: Assistant Controller, Corporate Finance
Position Summary:
We are looking for an analytical Staff Accountant to join our North America operations. This person will be responsible for recording accounting transactions, performing reconciliations, supporting monthly and annual close processes, generating financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
• A bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or related field is required.
• Conversational English required.
• Strong communication skills and be detail oriented with the ability to work independently as well as effectively in a team environment.
• Able to apply consistent standards while adapting to frequent changes in Company requirements.
• Be flexible and able to work with frequent interruptions and changing priorities.
• Microsoft Excel, and Word skills are required. Experience with Eclipse is a plus.
• Dependable, organized and professional individual who is self-motivated and owns required tasks.
• Values and maintains confidentiality.
