What are the responsibilities and job description for the Staff Accountant position at Kahlig Auto Group?
Kahlig Auto Group is seeking a motivated person with initiative and positive attitude to join our expanding accounting team.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Record vehicle sales
- Review paperwork on vehicle deals from various vehicle sales departments
- Review paperwork from the finance and insurance department
- Prepare commission vouchers for sales consultants
- Ensure the office space is kept neat and clean at all times
- Fully coordinate and communicate work with appropriate associates at WSL
- Prepare payments to customers and vendors pertaining to new vehicle deals
- Title all vehicles, issue plates and register
- Reconcile contracts in transit and payoff related schedules
- Assist customers and sales personnel in billing and titling issues
- Assist other billing and titling personnel during their absence
- Prepare sales commission summaries for payroll
- Maintain petty cash
- Reconcile vehicle schedules
Supervisory Responsibilities:
None. May participate in or support project and process improvement teams.
