Production Associate

Position Overview:

We are looking for dependable and motivated Production Associates to join a high-speed manufacturing environment. This position requires strong physical endurance, reliability, and a consistent commitment to attendance and overall job performance.

Job Title: Production Associate (Heavy Lifting Required)
Shift Schedule: 8–10-hour shifts (overtime as needed)

1st Shift 7am-5:30pm

2nd Shift 4:00 PM to 2:30 AM

Key Requirements:

• Must be committed to maintaining one primary job (this position must be your priority)
• Ability to work 8–10-hour shifts consistently
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. regularly
• Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment
• Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled facility

Responsibilities:

• Perform production and general labor tasks as assigned
• Handle materials and products safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures

Compensation & Incentives:

• $300 Sign-On Bonus
• $300 Biweekly Attendance Bonus (based on perfect attendance)
