We are high quality, US based radiation safety apparel manufacturer seeking a motivated and results-driven Medical Sales Representative in the Midwest area to service our healthcare customers. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by engaging with potential hospital and surgery center clients, managing existing accounts, and promoting our products and services. The ideal candidate will have established doctor, nurse, and adminsitrative contacts, good existing relationships, possess strong communication skills and a passion for sales combined with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Conduct cold calling to generate new leads and expand the customer base.
- Manage and nurture existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Utilize technical sales skills to effectively communicate product features and benefits to clients.
- Engage in direct sales activities, including upselling and cross-selling products to meet client needs.
- Develop territory sales strategies to maximize market penetration and achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to identify market trends and opportunities for growth.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Provide exceptional inside sales support by responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in account management or direct sales to hospital and healthcare customers.
- Strong cold calling skills with a track record of generating leads.
- Familiarity with technical sales concepts and ability to explain complex products clearly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Demonstrated ability to upsell products effectively while understanding client needs.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
