What You’ll Do
Clinical Responsibilities
- Perform mobility and seating evaluations in clinics, homes, and facilities
- Assess patient needs and recommend appropriate equipment (manual & power wheelchairs, seating systems)
- Complete documentation, including evaluations and LMNs
- Configure and quote equipment based on clinical and payer requirements
- Participate in equipment delivery, fitting, and patient education
- Provide follow-up and adjustments to ensure patient success
Sales & Business Development (Key Component)
- Build and manage a territory of 30–50 referral sources
- Conduct 10–20 marketing calls per week
- Perform regular in-person visits to clinics, hospitals, and facilities
- Schedule and lead:
- Lunch-and-learns
- In-service presentations
- Facility-based clinics
- Actively generate new referrals and grow your book of business
ATP Certification
- Must sit for and pass the ATP (Assistive Technology Professional) exam within 30 days of hire
- Exam and materials are fully covered by the company
Compensation & Earning Potential
- Base Salary: $75,000
- Unlimited Commission:
- 4% of collected revenue on accounts with 40% gross profit margin
- High earning potential based on performance

Qualifications:
What We’re Looking For
- Licensed OT or PT (required)
- Minimum 2 years of rehab clinic experience
- Strong clinical understanding of mobility and patient care
- Willingness to engage in sales, outreach, and relationship building
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
- Valid driver’s license
Physical requirements
While performing the duties of this position, employee may be required to stand for extended periods of time and must talk and hear. Occasional stooping, bending, twisting and crouching may be required. The employee sits, walks, kneels and reaches with hands and arms. May be required to lift and/or move up to 200 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by this job include distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
