Role Description
We are seeking a full-time on-site Diagnostic Tool Specialist to join our team in Lewisville, TX. The Diagnostic Tool Specialist will be responsible for conducting advanced diagnostic scans, troubleshooting issues, assisting with ADAS calibrations, and ensuring vehicles meet safety standards. Day-to-day activities include operating diagnostic equipment, managing repair projects, training team members on diagnostic tools, and providing exceptional technical support to ensure all vehicles are performing optimally.

Qualifications
- Strong troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve vehicle-related issues effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with colleagues and providing technical guidance.
- Experience in training team members on diagnostic tools and repair processes.
- Basic understanding of project management to handle diagnostic and repair workflows efficiently.
- Knowledge of machining or mechanical systems is advantageous.
- Familiarity with automotive diagnostics, ADAS systems, and repair best practices.
- Ability to work on-site and collaborate with team members and clients in Lewisville, TX.
- Certifications such as ASE or I-CAR are a plus.
