We are looking for a BD specialist to come in and help us make a difference for our patients. This role will focus on new growth and new business across the Southern DFW region, supporting our clinics in Duncanville, Ennis, Fort Worth, etc.

Diagnostic Imaging Centers of Texas (DICOT) and our family of affiliated brands, including Prime Diagnostic Imaging, Memorial MRI and Diagnostic, Desert Imaging, and Foundation Physicians Group, are seeking a dependable and driven Business Development Specialist who is committed to identifying new opportunities, building meaningful partnerships, and driving revenue growth across our markets.

What you DO

• Generate and nurture business relationships in professional environments
• Identify and secure new referral sources including physician offices, specialty clinics, urgent care centers, legal partners, and employer groups
• Build and execute territory strategies to increase imaging volume and market presence
• Develop tailored partnership solutions aligned with client needs
• Strengthen relationships with key decision makers to drive long term growth
• Monitor market trends, referral patterns, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities
• Ability to tracel daily between locations

What you BRING

• Experience in business development, sales, or provider relations
• Ability to engage physicians, attorneys, and business leaders effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including pivot tables and data visualization, along with PowerPoint and presentation design
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail
• High level of professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information
• College degree preferred but not required
• Experience in healthcare or medical imaging preferred
