Our client is a rapidly growing technology company looking for someone who wants more than just an entry-level job. This role is designed for someone interested in building a long-term career in sales. You'll work closely with experienced Account Executives and technical teams, gain exposure to real customer opportunities, and develop the skills needed to eventually manage your own accounts.
This is not a traditional administrative support position. You'll play an active role in the sales process, help move opportunities forward, and learn how successful deals are built from start to finish.

What You'll Do
Sales Support & Quote Management
- Prepare and manage customer quotes using pricing tools and cost data
- Assist with proposal preparation and RFP responses
- Source vendor pricing and materials as needed
- Support sales representatives with day-to-day execution and follow-up
- Ensure accuracy and timely turnaround of customer requests
Pipeline & Lead Development
- Help move inbound inquiries through the early stages of the sales cycle
- Assist with lead qualification and follow-up activities
- Participate in sales meetings and contribute as your product knowledge grows
- Maintain visibility into opportunities and customer interactions
CRM & Customer Data Management
- Maintain accurate records and data within HubSpot
- Coordinate with CRM vendors and partners when necessary
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email
- Gather and organize information to ensure smooth communication
- Develop deeper expertise with CRM administration over time
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with sales, operations, and finance teams to keep projects moving
- Maintain internal resources, documents, and sales materials
- Handle special projects and tasks that support overall team performance
Marketing Support
- Assist with campaigns and promotional initiatives
- Support trade shows and industry events, including logistics and follow-up
- Coordinate marketing collateral and internal requests
- Track leads and post-event activities to ensure opportunities are captured
Process Improvement & Systems
- Maintain organized digital files and documentation
- Support workflow automation and verify system outputs
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency
Administrative Support
- Manage schedules, documents, and general office coordination
- Assist with day-to-day operational tasks as needed
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, inside sales, or a related field
- Experience with HubSpot or another CRM platform
- Familiarity with Smartsheet is a plus
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong follow-through and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership
- Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn new tools and technologies
- Interest in growing into a customer-facing sales role over time
