Position Details
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Pay Rate: $22 per hour
Work Environment: Fastpaced production/warehouse setting with moderate to high noise levels

Key Responsibilities
- Load and unload transportation vehicles and trucks
- Ensure high standards of packaging, crating, and packing to protect product integrity during shipping
- Pull, prep, and ship customer orders
- Receive all inbound materials, tools, parts, and supplies; accurately document and store items
- Perform daily cycle counts and support inventory reconciliation
- Identify and recommend new processes to improve shipping efficiency and reduce costs
- Maintain a clean warehouse, including trash and recycling removal
- Receive employee packages and notify recipients
- Cut cables for orders (direct shipments or assembly) as needed
- Repack products with damaged packaging and store appropriately
- Complete additional duties and special projects as assigned
Requirements
- Background check and drug test
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Explorer, Word, Excel)
- Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to work with small parts and maintain quality standards
- Must be able to operate a forklift, pallet jack, and hilo
