Key Responsibilities
- Support employee retention, attendance management, and overall workforce stability.
- Partner with plant leadership and build strong relationships with frontline employees.
- Serve as a trusted resource for employees and management on the manufacturing floor.
- Manage day-to-day workforce operations and address staffing challenges proactively.
- Promote a positive work environment and help drive employee engagement.

- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
