- Repeatedly lift up to 75 pound bags for extended periods throughout the shift
- Load and handle materials used in the mixing process
- Follow mixing instructions and production procedures accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety and quality guidelines
- Be able to follow directions and work independently
- Must be comfortable working in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment
