We are seeking dependable Event Setup Helpers to assist with event preparation at the Hilton Anatole. This is a temporary, hands-on role supporting event setup operations.

Start Time: 8:00 AM
Pay Rate: $16/hr

Responsibilities:
- Set up tables, chairs, and draping
- Assist with moving and arranging event materials and equipment
- Follow setup instructions and floor plans
- Work with a team to complete setup efficiently
- Keep work areas clean and organized
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
- Comfortable standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Able to follow directions and work in a fast-paced environment
- Closed-toe shoes required
- Comfortable work attire
- Temporary, event-based assignment
- Must report on time and check in with the on-site contact upon arrival
