Responsibilities:
- Update Tax Exemption Certificate files for 10 states in SAP, maintaining accurate records and organizing paper copies.
- Set up new Ship to accounts in SAP by accurately entering customer names and addresses.
- Conduct address verifications by updating information from USPS into SAP systems.
- Assist in auditing and managing credit balances and over payments, ensuring accurate records and communications.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in data entry and basic understanding of spreadsheets.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new projects and systems.
- Previous experience with SAP or similar software is beneficial but not required (training will be provided).
