Location: Scottsdale, Arizona
Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM, 3 days/week, every other weekend
Hourly: $35.72 - USD $44.65 /Hr. USD

Responsibilities
As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will:
- Provide high-quality care to assigned residents
- Perform assessments, develop nursing diagnoses, and identify expected outcomes
- Plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
- Administer treatments and monitor patient progress
- Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives
- Supervise and support nursing staff
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
- Working knowledge of long-term care preferred
- Current CPR certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
- Current First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Minimum of 6 months RN experience preferred
- Experience in geriatric care or related continuing education preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Resident-focused and customer-service-oriented approach
- Basic computer skills or willingness to learn
Salary : $36 - $45
