What You'll Be Doing:
- Tour homes with clients and provide feedback to the lead agent
- Follow established systems and scripts for consistent client service
- Coordinate schedules for showings
- Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and clients
- Optional: Attend team huddles and training for continued growth
We’re Looking for Someone Who Is:
- Personable, professional, and punctual
- Loves working with clients face-to-face
- Excited to be out in the field instead of behind a desk
- Great with time management and communication
- Licensed in New Jersey (or actively completing coursework)
- Located in or near Somerset, Middlesex, or Union County
